In this article, I would be telling you all specially women that how to lose their weight(Body Fat). Losing weight is something that every woman wants in today’s world. They all need to look healthy, fit and thin. No women wants to look like giant gainer these days. So I am here to tell you all some simple ways to lose weight and look beautiful every women wants.

Losing weight is not that easy for many people. You can gain easily but question arises how to shred your weight. Losing weight needs patience, hard work, determination and most of all, a good healthy balanced diet and great workout skills. Without these factors, no one can shred their weight easily and will end up losing. Shredding weight needs completely a different makeover lifestyle(not your regular lifestyle). So here are some useful tips for women to shred their weight easily. They are :-

1- Eat limited Calories -

This is the most important aspect to lose weight for you all. It may be difficult and is to limit the food you eat who loves to eat. To lose weight, cut 500 calories from your diet per day and it will become weekly of 3500 calories. Cutting 3500 calories weekly will make you lose one pound in a month. You can also perform in simple way like cut out 250 calories from your diet per day and also burn 250 calories during workout. I am not saying to stop eating most of your calories. Always eat around 1200 calories per day otherwise your body will be in starvation mode which will hold your body weight.

2- Just stay active -

Staying active on regular basis will also help you all to lose your weight. taking out 10 minutes time from your busy schedule or taking a walk at lunchtime or in morning or in evening is also a measure to promote weight loss.

3- Never skip Evening workouts -

In today’s world, everybody is very busy in their lives and its easy to find an excuse to skip your evening workout. Motivate yourself that its not optional. You have to workout, no matter what. Just remember why you have started to workout and will never make excuse to skip your workout.

4- Perform intense Cardio -

This is the most important aspect to burn calories and lose weight. Perform Intense Cardio Workout of 40-45 minutes, any three days in a week will help you to shred your body fat and increase your metabolism. Some intense cardio workout’s are – Cycling (indoor), running on treadmill or morning jog etc.

5- Be smart when travel -

I mean to say when you are out of town or on a vacation, that doesn’t mean that you have to put your lifestyle, diet on a pause. When going out, pack some workout-related items which will help you not increase your calorie intake on your vacation.

6- Increase your water intake -

A recent study shows that water not only helps to keep us hydrated but also helps us to reduce weight on regular basis. Eat food that contain lots of water like fruits, veggies which will help you to be hydrated and you will eat less. We eat less when we are hydrated because dehydration leads to water loss and water loss makes us hungry and we eat more. Drinking cool water increases your metabolism and makes you discard high sugar drinks like soda and juice. So its also one of the most important aspect.

7- Consume more Vegetables -

Vegetables are low calorie foods which you will eat more and you will intake less calories. It is important to take approximation 5 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday to keep you balanced and hydrated.

8- Perform short workout but intense -

I mean to say perform cardio workout for less duration but make that workout burn enough calories. Perform your workout intensity but not over train yourself. Short duration cardio workout is much as useful as long duration workout because it will help to burn enough calories fast as you perform in longer duration workout.

9- Discard Junk food -

Junk food was, is and will be a bitter enemy of your weight loss. It is because Junk food contains high levels of fat sugar which will just add to your body weight and feel make you feel irritable and sluggish. So it is necessary to discard these types of foods from your diet.

10- Eat healthy lunch -

This aspect can help you make commit on your diet plan. Eating healthy lunch helps to lose weight because when you will be eating, you will know all details about your lunch i.e. How many calories you are eating, is this food healthy, etc. So prepare your lunch yourself and eat and get results.
