Ways to Gain Muscles

Hi all,

I am here to tell you all about the procedures to gain muscularity within yourself. gaining muscle mass is very important for the bodybuilders these days because now a days everyone wants to be toned, look ultra hot by getting lean. Bulky look physique is now out of fashion, so nobody is practicing to look bulky. If you are filled with everything, and something resists you to add muscle mass, you need to check it out.

Here are some simple ways to add muscularity to your body. They are :-

1- Add Protein Diet -

Protein, the most important aspect in bodybuilding because as we all know protein is the building blocks of our body which help to gain muscle mass. Without protein, there will be no muscularity in your body. Eat a clean protein diet as protein also helps your muscles to recover when you get your muscles shocked in the gym. Eat chicken, fish, steak eggs for 30-40  gm. of protein everyday for your body. Protein intake should be the first priority for you to gain muscularity.

2- More and more intake of Liquid Calories -

Yes you heard it correct, liquid calories. Liquids are very helpful because it digests quickly than solid stuff like fried chicken and all. Liquid diet also have a clean amount of protein, carbs and healthy fats which will help you in gaining muscles. Liquid diet like protein shake, juice etc. is an easy way to intake more and more calories in your body. Intake of liquid diet can also help your stomach to clean faster than whole grain foods.

I also suggest you to have clean liquid diet i.e. nutrient dense. I am not saying you all to have sodas or soft drinks just to add useless calories. It will just add body mass because they contain fatty sugar and will make you go far away from muscle mass.

3- Be subsequent to your Body Density -

It’s important to know your body density and follow it if you want to gain muscles. Density is concerned with the foods you eat to gain. Don’t eat everything just to satisfy yourself that you ae taking calories. It’s of no use. Eat only nutrient dense foods which will help you in gaining muscle mass. If you eat everything and miss out the important nutrients, then you are just adding feathers to your body not diamonds.

Skip the food that make you feel like punch and add nutrient based diet to gain.

4- Choose muscle building supplements -

Yes, Muscle building supplements. In today’s era, market is full of different types of supplements like weight gainers which will only help you to get bigger and huge etc. Only choose supplements that will help you to stay lean and help you to add muscles too. Some of the muscle building supplements that are available everywhere are Whey, Creatine(Monohydrate), BCCA’s, Caeffine, Nitric Oxide Booters, Citrulline Malate. These supplements will help you to stay lean and add muscles

5- Compound Workout -

If your workout schedule hasn’t transformed you much, the reason is your workout schedule only. Add compound workout to your plan in a week. Compound workout is a workout in which you perform one exercise of multiple joints like when you perform barbell curls, it also helps to exercise your back. So it is very helpful too to gain muscles. This needs higher intensity than your normal workout as you are performing exercise of different joints. So concentrate on Compound Workout too. This workout will not only increase your strength intensity, but will also help in your muscle-building activity.

6- Don’t perform excess workout -

I mean to say if you want to stay lean and add muscularity to your body, you need to perform cardio too. Perform strength also but in limit as strength exercises also helps you to gain fat too. Perform marathon exercises like running on treadmill to lose fat. Cardio workout is also important as it helps your heart and mind to function better. But if you just want to get huge and look big, put aside the cardio workout and this will surely help to gain body mass.

7- 100% Sleep -

From my point of view, This is also the most important aspect in bodybuilding to transform yourself. Sleep also helps your muscles to recover when you hit your muscles in the gym. Sleep equals your growth hormone released and you will  feel less tired in the gym. For better sleep, I will suggest you to have ZMA. It is a supplement which will help you to have good quality sleep.
