Diet and Nutrition (for women)

Hi all,

In this article I would like to suggest you all, the tips for diet and nutrition for women which will feel them to feel energised and healthy, active throughout the day. A healthy diet is very much important for all women (any age groups) because a healthy diet helps to maintain your weight, gives energy, makes your mood, and also helps to look your best. Consuming healthy diet makes you healthy and also supports you in different stages of life. I would only like to say to just commit to a healthy balanced diet so that you can feel best for you and cherish every moment of your life.

So below are the tips for women that can help them to pack themselves fully with nutrients. They are :-

1- Have a healthy breakfast -

The first and the foremost principle for good health is to have a healthy breakfast. Studies show that having a healthy breakfast each day makes and controls your weight and your weigh less instead of people who skip it. Eating a healthy breakfast provides you with ample of nutrients and sufficient energy which lasts longer. As it is the first meal of the day, it should be packed with ample of nutrients so that it may help you to stay fit and fine.

2- Consume good and high quality protein -

Protein is the most important aspect of an healthy diet and protein is also important for healthy living too. But its dangerous for women to intake too much animal based protein. It can lead to decrease in bone density and Osteoporosis and also calcium loss. I would suggest you to opt for fish, skinless chicken, salmon and plant based protein sources like beans, nuts, seeds, peas etc.

3- Discard junk food -

Junk food was, is and will be a bitter enemy of your weight loss and your healthy living. It is because junk food contain high levels of fat sugar which will just add to your body weight and will make feel sluggish and irritable. Junk food just contain calories which when taken just make you huge and bigger without providing you with ample of nutrients. So it is necessary to discard these types of food from your diet.

4- Consume much complex carbs -

Instead of simple carbs, consume complex carbs which will help you to stay healthy, fit and fine. Simple carbs just provide you with short term energy, leaves you hungry. But complex carbs are the ones that are fully nutrient based, provides energy which lasts longer and do not leave you hungry. So it is important to eat complex carbs.

5- Intake of healthy fat -

Women need to have as much healthy fats as they can. Consuming unhealthy fats leads you to weight gain which will just make you sluggish and feel irritable. Healthy fats includes mono-saturated fats and poly-saturated fats. Mono- saturated fats are found in peanut oil, olive oil, nuts, seeds (such as pumpkin). Poly-saturated fats has Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids which are found in salmon, sardines, herring.

6- Calcium intake -

This is the most important aspect for women in terms of nutrition. Eat foods that have enough calcium to support bone health and provides you with strong and healthy bones. women are at higher risks of losing calcium and also of Oestoporosis than men. Oestoporosis can be prevented with good nutritional diet packed with nutrients. So this aspect is also important.

7- Eat foods rich in fiber -

Foods rich in fiber are also important for women. Eating fiber helps women in weight loss and prevent many diseases like heart disease, strokes and diabetes and improves quality of the skin. Fiber containing fruits are Fruits and Vegetables. Fiber containing foods are low in calories which will help you to eat more thus providing ample of nutrients to stay healthy, fit and fine.
