Some life lessons from lifting iron in gym

Hi all,

In this article I would be telling you all the iron nailed tips that you should follow to achieve your dream physique. Performing hard workouts and lifting heavy weights does not only transform your body well, but also make you stronger and confident about yourself than you have ever been before. All your routines and workouts which you perform in gym does not only increase your body fitness but also your mental state, you can see life from different perceptions and it also increases your focus and teaches many life lessons all along your bodybuilding journey.

After completely transforming yourself when you look back, you see whole of your covered journey that you have traveled to become a winner. You faced many problems, many obstacles came in your way but you overcome those obstacles to achieve your goals through your hardwork and dedication. In these years of practice for completely transforming our body, we build a relationship with the iron weights. These weights used to push me to the extent I never pushed myself before. Pushing yourself hard in gym, doing squats are the key roles that these weights has taught me throughout my bodybuilding journey.

Here are some lessons from lifting iron in gym. They are :-

1- Never be afraid of failure :-

In gym, failure doesn’t mean that you cannot transform yourself anymore. It means that you are in the right direction to achieve your goals. One should always try to personally fail in gym. It means that you should push yourself so hard and to that extent where your muscles does not allow to lift more. Yes, you heard correct. When you push yourself like never before, your muscles get a shock and this shock helps your muscles to transform. You will get all you want when you will fail in gym. It is said correctly “failures are the stepping stones to success.” Don’t think these failures to be full stop on building yourself. Think them as the attempts you made to live a forever better life than now.

2- Weights never lie to you :-

Yes, these iron weights never lie. They are more than anybody else in the gym. A barbell rod with 100 pounds of weight will always remain 100 pounds. don’t blame the barbell. Just blame yourself, your attitude, your negative thoughts that you are not able to perform your reps to that extent. Don’t blame anyone for not trying. Just blame yourself and your attitude. Ask yourself whether you have done everything to succeed, to transform. Performing workout, lifting heavy weights is simple when you are used to it. Just concentrate and try to focus on the energy that will help you to implement your reps from point A to point B. I just want to tell you in this section that there are no shortcuts, choices and excuses to be successful. You just need to focus and continue your hardwork with dedication and passion.

3- Perform more and more hardwork :-

Being successful require lots and lots of hardwork, dedication. If you want to be successful in life, never flow just in motions. Perform actions more than just a show up. Don’t just perform your actions like a formality like many others do in gym. Don’t be that gym freak who comes to gym, lifts the same weight everyday and has no excitement in performing his workout. He would be doing this for a long time, but he can never transform himself. It is rightly said “You get what you put in .”

If you want to be successful and want to be remembered like a champ, just stop doing the same things everyday, just follow up the new heights and just overload yourself. This overloading will only lead you to be successful, in transforming your physique.

4- Just focus and nothing else :-

You just need to be focused if you really want to be successful and want to transform your physique well. Just invent a tunnel vision in your head while performing workout. Just think about the positive result before the exercise you think is the toughest for you. If you will have a positivity in mind while performing workout, believe me you will get results. For me, squats is the toughest exercise. But when I perform it, it gives me results because I have a positivity in my find about the exercise and it proves to be helpful for me. When you will accomplish positivity in your mind for ever, you will be succeeded in every phase of your life. If you have a aim other than bodybuilding too and you want something badly, just ignore all distractions and continue your hardwork to achieve.

5- You can do anything :-

Transforming myself is the biggest dream in my life. Gym taught me that with your dedication, passion and hardwork, I can achieve anything just anything. I achieved my aim that I always wanted i.e. transforming myself to the fullest because I had the passion for it and always want it badly. Besides bodybuilding, there are many successful people in the world in every field who has achieved great heights. They just focused on their aim and battled with their problems and won.
